I purchased the dvd cloner last july and it has been working fine, i was going thru chemo and had not used it for awhile and now it says that the trial expired i tried reloading does not work, what happened , an i going to have to purchase this again.

Where did you purchase this and what version do you have. This forum only supports the CloneDVD2 program from Elby/Slysoft. If have purchased a sound alike program we cannot help you here. Please advise.;)

I already asked that. I want to make sure the poster got the proper CloneDVD.

I purchased the anydvd, the mobile, clone cd and clone dvd , the any dvd seems to be ok along with all the rest except for the clone dvd, i have been afraid to update the anydvd that it might not work after i update:o

Why wouldn't it work? Make sure you are using AnyDVD 6.1.1.4.

my anydvd is 6.0.5.1, but like i said i am scared to update it because that seems to work fine. and i dont want more problems where i would have to purchase both over.

Updates are free, if you purchased from us, you don't need to worry.
EDIT:
If you have problems after the upgrade, you should contact customer support.

I find it ridiculous that someone is using that old of a version. Updates are for a reason, to fix bugs, or add new features. You need to update to AnyDVD 6.1.1.4.

Don't buy a new key, you shouldn't have to. We will get this resolved.

Uninstall and reinstall CloneDVD and then apply the key, but make sure to backup the key.

Just go to the website here and update , thats all you have to do. Nothing more, if it doesn't work now , you have nothing to lose right?

I would really like to get this working before i go for my next treatment, I will purchase a new key, is there a discount all i need is the clone dvd being that is the only one not working. thankx

Sounds like perhaps you never applied the reg key in the first place after you purchased? I am sure if you contact customer support and provide them your name and other info they can send you the key again, then save the key to disk so you'll always have it and never run into this problem, or, like others have mentioned, if you purchased the product from ebay or some other scam site, you got ripped off and they only provided you with the trial version
