i got dvdclone on ebay and now it dont work and slysoft cant help what do i do?

Buy it from the Slysoft website instead... there are various warnings around not to by Slysoft product licesnses from eBay (or anywhere else other than Slysoft.com).
I suppose you could also try filing a complaint against the seller with eBay... and PayPal if you paid over that. The one time I didn't recieve something I bought over eBay, PayPal was able to get my money refunded after I failed a complaint.

that sucks that i have to pay twice for it. it said it was a dealer or whatever of slysoft?

Well, they're definately not. As I said, your best bet try filing a complaint against the seller with eBay (and PayPal, if applicable). If it was AnyDVD you'd bought, it may not work due to the quasi-legality it seems to be under in the U.S., however CloneDVD is perfectly legal anywhere, since it doesn't circumvent any copy protection.
