i just purchased anydvd & clone dvd and i am having trouble registering the programs with my computer, even tho i do the manual registration it still gives me the message that i have ## days left, i am running on windows vista, mite that be a problem?

No one can register the programs for you. However, other people have been reporting problems with keys on Windows Vista.

If you just send the link from the attachment to your desktop you will see the keys, if AnyDVD and CloneDVD are installed. Just click on the key, the one for AnyDVD will have a Fox on it and the one for CloneDVD will have a Sheep on it. Then open the program and it should be registered. If you have any more problems please ask.

I had the same issue, which I have encountered a few times with several programs since moving to Vista last week.

I found that running AnyDVD as Administrator shows the registration code in the program, so it is a permissions issue.

Right-mouse click on your AnyDVD shortcut and select Properties. Then on the shortcut tab, select advanced. Then tick the 'Run as Administrator' to save it to the shortcut.
