Corel DVD Copy 6 is apparently finding something on the disk that identifies it as copy protected that AnyDVD is allowing through because you immediately get a "This disk is copy protected and can't be copied" error message. Is there something I can do to fix this?

I never used that program, you should try CloneDVD2, it has a 21 day free trial, and it works great with AnyDVD.

I use Nero most of the time but Corel allows you to extract individual chapters which is sometimes needed to get at a particular music video or trailer. I can always rip the disk first and then use my other programs but I found it odd that Corel is still detecting disks as being copied protected.

That is what you should be doing with Anydvd ripper first, since the programs you are using can't handle structural protections.
but Corel allows you to extract individual chapters
Clonedvd lets you rip individual chapters as well.
Anyway, in program settings in Anydvd, you may want to try enabling "Safe Mode".
Also, if you want further assistance, you should post an Anydvd log file: follow the steps outlined at http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=14199
