I don't think you got screwed over...I and many others have taken advantage of the discounts with no problems. Were you trying to purchase the suite of programs or just one or two?

I was purchasing all four. It said $99.00 - $20 discount.. Total $79. When i enter my credit card information and click nexts. The total now said $99 and promotion saving was $0. When I went to check the main page on a new browser. The valentine code disappear. So I think they've cancelled the promotion code just as I was making a purchase. I didn't complete the transaction since the promotion code and discount disappeared on me. I cancelled the purchase.. but I was frustrated. Waited a month for a promotion code and it disappeared on me in the middle of a purchase.
So now I have to wait till St Patrick's Day for another promotion. Anothing month of waiting.... :( What got me upset was.. I had to wait till I got paid frmo work on Friday but I was out of town. So when I did all my billing and figured I can spare to purchase the software finally. I get ripped off on the sale last minute.
locoeng - This is really frustrating and I should switch to using Linux instead of getting all wild up over this purchasing. The the sales rep probably doesn't care. We can complain about it and they just give you the usual line.. come back and try again later. I'm kinda cheating on the 21 day as of today. I have a stand alone system which i made out of spare parts... and just re-imaged the system and install AnyDVD and CloneDVD after the image. That's the only way I can see it till they post another Promotion Code... my luck again. I'll probably miss out

Were you purchasing AnyDVD or AnyDVD HD? I purchased the suite of applications yesterday afternoon and noticed the same change in the total that you did (with coupon from $79 to $99), but it was due to the very recent addition of AnyDVD HD at a higher price. The "valentine" coupon worked fine for me.

Shade_of_Ra - I was purchasing the AnyDVD regular and the whole bundle... CloneDVD, ClondeCD and CloneDVD Mobile. At the top it said Promo Code Discount from $20 and total purchase was $79. But after I credit card information and clicked Next to confirmed purchase. It changed the total to $99 and my discount was now $0.
So I'm abit upset and frustrated... and I'm tired of them saying.. please wait for the next promo code. You can only hear that line so many times and it's frustrating. Feels like I should search for another software.... getting very upset with Slysoft and waiting for another promo code.

Sorry to interfere in this, but the regular price of a new bundle is $119 (the separate purchase of each product would be $196 which is shown at the purchase page as $77 saving).
With the valid coupon you get further $5 for each product, which amounts to $20 off on the bundle. The price is then $99.
I wander how you came up with that $79...

The answer is apparent if you had read what you quoted:
I was purchasing the AnyDVD regular
So you're not buying Anydvd HD.
Ranbert, while I have no control over if and when Slysoft issues new coupon codes, I will PM you if I see a new coupon code appear.

I stand corrected. :agree:
Guess I was thinking what would I do: I won't buy regular even not having the HD device, as the price difference is $25 while the upgrade-only price is $30 (as the coupon can't be redeemed on update).
Regards.
