Well i am working on a freinds computer. I purchased a key for anydvd and regestered it to her e-mail. I click on the key icon and it says to restart anydvd which i do. but when i restart the computer it still says that i have 21 days left. What am i doing wrong. I don't remember having this problem when i purchased it for my computer.....Does tech support have a phone number to call?? i cannot find that either

start-->all programs--->slysoft--->anydvd--->register anydvd
Also, if she has Zonealarm on her system or another firewall, ensure Anydvd has permission to run (Anydvd should be allowed in the trusted zone in Zonealarm)

ok i think i got it now. i went and renamed the key and double checked the windows firewall. now it is saying it is regestered to her. but after some thought i think i signed her up under the wrong e-mail. like a stupid idiot. lol if i find out i did indeed do this is there a way to change the e-mail address? thanks you soo much for your help soo far
