Can't register Clone DVD "4"

After some days of ping-pong, a different PC, a different e-mail address for the CloneDVD2 key, FINALLY I got this response from a user:
We (can not) get clone dvd 4 to register but clone dvd2 seems to allow the key but i really wanted clonedvd4.
No comment necessary. :bang:

Well, CloneDVD4 has more updates in it since it has a higher version number right? It has to be better!
