I didn't hear of any except DirectVobSub.

However, I can recommend TitleDrome - not a DirectShow filter, but capable of displaying subtitles over anything (be it a video player, Windows desktop background, Notepad...).

And I know a tool that displays advertising over everything if you want to or not... :mad:

@gouldukat

The format of subpictures of BD media is not yet publicly available, only HD-DVD subtitle format is. Therefore neither DirectVobSub nor TitleDrome can help you. Especially TitleDrome.

I'm sorry if it looked that way, I will not mention it again. Feel free to delete my post if it looks offensive. :o

I know the post is old, but is there any update on this? Is it still only possible to rip the subtitles, but no filter is able to display them real time when playing a movie?
