Help to purchase ANT DVD

When I go to the purchase page the first two pieces of information that is asked for are
License E-mail *
&
Serial Number *
I do not have this information to input into these to boxes. My trial period expired over a month ago and now we would like to buy the program. I can not access the ANY DVD software in my program files. When I click on the short cut I get a message that says your trial period has expired. I then click on the "Order" tab but nothing happens.
I would appreciate any and all help.

If you want to UPGRADE to Anydvd HD, then the serial number appears when you click the red fox icon on your toolbar, and select "information" on the left. The email would be the original email you placed the order with.

If you never purchased Anydvd before, then you use the "buy now" button at the very bottom of the screen instead--and not the top button. The top button is for upgrading.
