Hi, Just a quick question I hope. Do exisiting owners of an AnyDVD licence have to pay a fee for the upgrade licence for AnyDVD HD? I recieved an email indicating that AnyDVD has been upgraded but that users needed a license upgrade to use the AnyDVD HD features.

Yes. The price is $30 U.S.
visit https://secure.slysoft.com/upgrade.php
However, if you don't own HD-DVD movies or an HD-DVD drive, then there's not much point upgrading at this time.
Anydvd will continue to function as it has always done.
Slysoft is not forcing you to pay $30 if you just want to use Anydvd.

Right, I'm just trying to clarify some confusion existing customers have. Some feel, apparently, that they are being forced to upgrade to continue using Anydvd when that isn't the case.

My first post and already a problem...
I tried to upgrade my existing license, but I forgot my old e-mail-adress, that I used then to register...
And the support center didnīt answer yet my request...:(
What can I do???
