key activation problem

i purchased anydvd and clonedvd and can not get keys activated blue box for both appears showing activated but when restart still have order instead of activation,have both on my other puter,but for some reason i cant get these to work,any ideas please let me know8)

i tried but when i hit anydvd it takes me to a box with anydvdhd but file empty also has pcsetup empty also,i have never had so much trouble,what else can i do,doesnt work for clone either:confused:

You need the key files that were emailed to you from Slysoft.

i have key files i have been trying for 2 weeks now and they still dont activate,even after i receive the box telling me its reg is ok when restart nothing changes

What does "does not open" mean? It says "reg ok" when you do
"start"-->"all programs"-->Slysoft-->Anydvd-->register Anydvd ?

i checked and do not find the blocked in properties does that mean it ok for that

i got them to work by turning off my user acct control,problem is if you turn user acct back on then goes back to showing unegistered
