i just purchased your bundle package and i am having trouble it to install, i saved key files to my documents and when i double left click on each one to install file it goes back to open save cancel box i need help to get it going please help,i am reasonably new to doing this. Please advise.

i went into all programs but there is no link in there for clone yet,i know what to look for i had a vertion of this program once before and lost it.

reboot your PC when asked

double click your clonedvd key, (sheep), or follow the picture above.

Download AnyDVD and CloneDVD, double click on the installers, go through the procedure. Then, do this for the keys:

"start"-->"all programs"-->Slysoft-->Anydvd-->register Anydvd

That is as simple as it gets.

the problem is i cannot open any of the files

I have been trying to open the instalers but it starts to run then stops,that is where the problem is i cannot open the installers.,when i double click on any of them the run, save, cancel box comes up i click runthen it starts and stops strait away and i get the same box up again thats as far as i get with it. Ans i dont know why thats why i am here.I know its normally an easy process but not this thing.

Of course, if AnyDVD and CloneDVD aren't installed, no programs would be associated with those extensions.

the keys are just reg keys, not the program, you need to download the program, did you read the emails you got with them?????

Why can't he install them? Downloading a file and double clicking it is not hard.

i think you have got confused with the key and the installer package, the key that was sent to you in the email is just to register the program, you still have to download the installer first, then apply the key.

1. You must download the and install the actual programs first:

select your Anydvd.key file that you extracted in your my documents folder

select your Clonedvd.key file that you extracted in your my documents folder

install the program first, then use the key that you have saved from the email.

if you can't do as i've said, i don't think you'll be able to use the program. sorry

Firstly i would like to say a big thankyou for every ones assistance in helping me with my problems in downloading the clone package, back in January this year i did buy just the clonedvd by it sefl and i was using the 21 day trial anydvd i never used it again after it ran out, my computer crashed and i lost quite abit including clonedvd i bought it on the 5/1/07 order no ******** is there any chance of being reimbursed for that payment i managed to still have a copy of my reciept.

when i purchased and downloaded clone dvd back in january i did'nt know i needed anydvd i was later given the link from someone else of anydvd which worked out to be only your trial vertion i was unaware of this when it was given to me. I deleted anydvd of my computer because it ran out then of cause when i went to use clone dvd i could'nt because of no anydvd. My computer crashed, i lost alot of things including clone dvd now i have got the whole package and found my reciept for the first purchase, and would like a refund for it. So what i am saying is i have payed twice for the same thing.
