Talladega Nights Blu-Ray

I ripped the image to my hard drive using AnyDVD HD 6.4.7.6. I have Virtual clone drive installed. The 2 files that ripped from the disk are iconed as Virtual Clone Drive Files. If i want to burn the image, can i burn it using the Express Burn program with the "Data Blu-Ray" selected?

Sorry, i guess to clarify my question, would be is it the ISO image that is ripped to my computer the file to burn?
