I've ripped a load of my USA region blu-rays and put them on a BD-R 25GB so I can play them on my HTPC and Samsung BD-P1500

The ones with truehd sound track if I play them within vista mce I get PCM sound which is I think is 2 channel. I went out and bought a new Onkyo amp which supports TrueHD and DTS-HD and also the samsung player. The ones which I've run through TSMuxer play with no audio. The amp shows up "truehd" but there is no sound.

This is the same on my PS3 (although it shows "PCM Multichannel" on the amp)

I've tested one that I used TSMuxer to extract the AC3 core from the truehd soundtrack and it played fine.

I guess TSMuxer doesn't like truehd, is this correct? Is there another option to get TrueHD working?

Also I've done the same with some DTS-HD sound tracks and on 1 or 2 of the movies the sound is a little out of sync. Is this a common problem? Is there a way round it?

thanks

tsMuxeR has a known problem with TrueHD. I'd suggest checking out Doom9 for the tsMuxeR discussions: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?t=134104.
