How are the LG drives? Specifically the GGW-H20L?

I ordered my Blu-ray drive (LG GGW-H20L) and it should be here sometime tomorrow i hope. I have a few general questions regarding anydvd-hd. Do i need any other programs in order to rip my blu-ray and HD/DVD movies? Once the movies are ripped, what format will they be in? or can you choose formats? Lastly, Ive seen posts ranging from several hours to 30 minutes per rip, I know this will fluctuate wildly based on setups and movie length but using a quad core 3.0 ghz, 4 meg ram and a sata3 HD what would you expect? under an hour on most movies?

Me too, Don't forget me. I have Lg "HL-DT-ST BD-REGGW-H20L YL04" and I love the performance of ripping at roughly about 25 to 28 MB/S at times it also hit 30Mb/s. On blu-Ray with imgburn.
