madagascar out of sync

hi fellows
sorry to ask this noob question?
i tried to backup my madagascar movie
i came up good but only thing is after more than half a movie i mean last half movie , the audio is out of sync

why is that?
i use tsmuxer and the audio set i "o"

please help?
