Seems that other people too are having issues with Ironman.

Here is what I experienced:
- I ripped Ironman to iso using 6.4.7.6
- Original disk played fine with latest PowerDVD 7.3 Ultra without AnyDVD
- Original disk did not play with AnyDVD 6.4.7.6
- Ironman iso does not play with or without AnyDVD 6.4.7.6 or beta version with BD-Live disabled
- If I delete the PowerDVD application data folder, I only get the disk loading animation circle (or whatever that is) and then a black screen after 11 seconds
- Second time and after I only get black screen

I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling PowerDVD. Did not help. Any advice? My Ironman original disk is gone for a few weeks and I haven't watched the movie yet :(

Log files!!!
Also just saying 7.3 doesn't tell us anything, you need to say what build it is

And what does this have to do with Anydvd 6.4.7.8? You're posting in the wrong thread.

Well, I thought that disabling BD-Live would be the secret here and therefore posted to the beta thread.

If I understood correctly you need the log file from the original disk which I do not have now. Does not sound very clever thing to generate lots of data if it cannot be used.

Of course I will do it if that helps.

Clear the PowerDVD cache from *previously* downloaded BD-Live content.

I thought that PowerDVD cache = PowerDVD application data folder. Is it not?

Where did your disk go?

If the OP doesn't own the original disc, I can not assist.

Forgot to mention that the mounted iso (mounted with Daemon tools lite) plays with Nero ShowTime. Or kind of plays. Not watchable jerky picture, audio ok. But anyway plays, indicating that the iso is fine and playable. So the problem is somewhere between AnyDVD and PowerDVD Ultra.

I can play back the ISO of the eu, and US versions with no problems. I just deleted the cache and then had AnyDVD HD running with 'disable BD-live' running in the background from a fully encrypted or decrypted ISO (region code removed) I've also had the decrypted ISO working in PowerDVD 7.3 4407 and 8 1830 without AnyDVD HD running, I just have to leave it playing for about 2 minutes then the menu's kick in

Solution was too easy.

I just disabled network connection. After that ironman iso played fine with and without AnyDVD. Would it be so simple that PowerDVD just skips BD-live if there is no network connection.
