To celebrate the upcoming Cricket Worldcup in Antigua, I'd like to offer you a discount. Depending on whether you choose to buy, a single license, a double, triple bundle or the full package, this coupon has a value of $5 up to $20. To redeem the coupon just enter the

* coupon code: cricket

in the coupon box at the bottom of the check-out form. Please note that this coupon is only valid until March, 31st 2007!

from http://www.slysoft.com/purchase.html

This coupon code does not apply to the AnyDVD HD upgrade

I purchased a license today, (3/11/07) for an HD upgrade to my copy of Any DVD.
When I applied for the "Cricket" coupon discount on the checkout page, I was told that I was ineligible for the discount for one of the following three reasons.
1.) Discount time had expired. (not true)
2.) Previously used same discount. (not true)
3.) Discount did not apply. (not true)

I went ahead and purchased the upgrade at the full price anyway, because discounted or not, the software is well worth the price.
I wonder if this has happened to others, or am I unique?
Do I have any recourse.

The coupon code will not work on an upgrade from AnyDVD to AnyDVD-HD. This is intentional. You must not have read Webslinger's first post, as it states that it will not work.

OOOOPS!

I just read the sticky all the way through, and I can see that I have blundered.
Please excuse my ignorance.

i'm not sure why they keep having these coupon codes-as soon as one expires, another is put in it's place.either just reduce the price of your products permanently or leave them full price.either way,if someone is needing the product(s),they will buy them regardless of what it costs cos they're worth every penny :)

I've subscribed using the discount cupon and did not get a key sent to me. I have e-mailed slysoft and have not gotten any response, got any ideas how to get a hold of someone who can help me keep my stuff activated? Thanks. Sel.

if you view you e-mail on the internet, have you looked in your service providers spam folder in case it was directed into that?
