but i'm sure a profile could be created to do this format.
what device are you hoping to use this flv format with?

i know the archos media tablets supports flv (Adobe Flash™ 9 video) playback but that is via its wireless internet mode.

I just want it in FLV because, this format uses very little space. :)

That won't work. There's no flv video encoder included.

FLV is just a container. I will add a muxer and support for AVC, ASP video codecs in that container.

That is in Chameleon. So you have to wait until Mobile uses Chameleon as transcoder engine.
