DVD-Audio Playback/Ripping

I know this is low priority, but I cannot play DVD-AUDIO without disabling AnyDVD. I can play this way with my motherboard sound, but I could not
get DVD-AUDIO to play with the X-FI Elite Pro (so I returned it).

Also, is there software out there to let me rip DVD-Audio lossless for playback from disk?
