Going mad so i hope someone can help...
System
Intel G45 mATX
Intel Core2 Duo E8400 3.00Ghz
Vista 32
Asus Xonar HDAV 1.3 Deluxe Analogue out
HDMI out to DVI port (adapter) Sony HS20 1182x666 res
Hardware acceleration on
Reclock refresh rate 50.000 Hz (DDR)
Display: 1182x666@50 (1/2)
EVR
Bundled Arcsoft TMT player
Analogue 7.1
DSound
CINEMA adaptation:media speed changed to 25.000 fps. Audio resampled at 48125Hz
Trying to get Blu-ray and HD DVD to work stutter free PAL speed up at 25.000fps.
I get a green clock show up but it still stutters every second. I reformatted and tried again but with no luck. Both from Hard Disk and Disc media from LG combo drive.
If i change speed of Media adaptation the clock changes to yellow but media plays at same speed, it has no effect, unlike in Zoomplayer for SD DVD's which works perfect with Reclock, change speed up or down with visible and audible effect.
My question does Reclock in its current form work in TMT? I seem to have tried everything, even 60Hz and 72Hz, exact same stutter. A previous build of reclock worked in TMT at 50 Hz 25.000 fps but it expired and since then none have worked. Sadly since i reformatted i can't remember which one it was.
Thank you for your time
Andy

How are you launching TMT? Via My Movies?

Hi, no just double clicking on an iso to launch with clone drive or from the disc itself

There goes my suggestion then. It might be worth checking that ReClock is only set to load for TMT? I am using it with TMT to get rid of the judder every half-second or so with films running @ 25Hz and it works perfectly. I use the MCE version of TMT... I did not change any default settings.

Damn, now i am at a complete loss...i wonder if Asus bundled TMT is different somehow with interaction with Reclock. Really frustrating, so close to getting a standalone now, but spent so much on new build of PC for Blu-ray...
Could anything be conflicting with Reclock?

Sorry, by the MCE version I mean the interface that's meant to integrate with media center - it's not a special version of TMT. They supply two versions of the software when you install it: one with a normal PC interface, and one with a 10' remote-friendly interface.

Ok, answer me this...
Why if i open the .m2ts file direct from TMT the film plays smooth and Reclock does its stuff?, but if i open via an iso or from the BDMV folder or play a Blu-ray disc direct the film stutters all the time????...yet HD DVD disc plays fine but stutters as an iso?????

Hardware acceleration?
Do not enable vsync correction in ReClock.

No, same problem with hardware on or off, i don't have vsync correction ticked.
I note when playing m2ts file direct the "clocks correction" is active and doing its stuff, but when i play disc or iso or BDMV the "clocks correction" is static with nothing happening????

Should work. How about posting a (zipped) logfile?

I assume this is the OEM version of TMT that came with the Xonar?
I can't help with this, because I don't have this version. Maybe someone else can.
All I know is that the most recent TMT version .129 is broken. It stutters and audio / video are out of sync even without ReClock's help.

Try using a separate video out to your display. Then you can adjust your display. The Xonar doesnot need the actual display feed to bitstream, only an active display out. One that is enabled and just has desktop.
I don't need 24p for my displays but they're not attached to the output of the Xonar. Only into my 605 to get the TrueHD/DTS Master.

Thanks but i already do this as my HDMI connector is to big at the sleave to fit the ASUS for video out and PJ is old Sony HS20 running 50hz, tried 60hz but same problem, i use the deluxe for analogue with the G45 board for video out direct. I wonder if the Intel G45 board is not compatible with ASUS TMT?
Anybody using the Intel micro G45 board with ASUS TMT ok?
Andy

I believe the Xonar is "broken by design". On a PC, where Audio & Video clocks are not in sync (that's why there is ReClock) it is a pretty bold move to take a video signal and "piggy back" audio in it, requiring audio & video clocks to be in sync. IMHO this *is* calling for trouble. A simple ATI 4xxx graphics card with multi channel HDMI out is probably a lot more reliable.
