i have received attachment for my purchase of the bundle of software but i can not open attachment i am useing vista the attachment on email windows can not open the files so can not activate software could the files be faulty or what program opens the email attachment can any body help or had this problem. flemo:doh:

within the email there must be download links for the license keys as well.

Did you try to download them?

Tom yes the email has a download link for the keys i have downloaded all four keys by clicking on the links but my computer will not open file.windows can not open say it is unknown file adobe reader could not open key folder because it is either not supported file or because the file is damaged i only require the software that wrote the email attachment so i can open file.also as i have not menchind i am you vista have also try to open on xp but same problem require the software that attached was made from. flemo:confused: :confused:

click-->Start-->All Programs-->Slysoft>-->Anydvd--->register Anydvd

You will still need your key files from that email however.
