clonecd doesnt start up

have clonecd installed on windows vista when I start up my computer cloncd and anydvd doesnt start up automatic in my tool bar at the bottom of my screen,and when I start clonecd and quit it it doesnt stay in the tray at the bottom.any ideals?

Clonecd isn't supposed to remain in your toolbar--unless you mean Clonecd Tray.
