I just received and have done preliminary testing on Power DVD Ultra 7.3 (build 2605b). It does, in fact, play HD DVD, Blu-ray, and DVD discs from a single installation. I have tested Talladega Nights - BD, Syriana - HD, Batman Returns - HD, Superman Returns - HD, and Borat - DVD without problems.
I will post additional info after I try it on Vista.
Windows XP w/Service Pack 2 and all subsequent updates.
