In a previous post I asked about finetuning the playback rate (with smaller increments).
I'm trying to sync a 25fps encoded movie played on my computer to an NTSC movie played on a standard NTSC television and standard NTSC DVD player.
Using ReClock on the computer with the 23.976 setting gives me the best match, but after several minutes the computer is still slightly ahead of the television.
I'm not saying that ReClock is broken. Possibly, something is wrong with the DVD player setup on the TV. I have tried different movies with the same result. If I use the same exact disc on my computer and the television, it will stay synced.
