Currently I am using AnyDVD HD to rip the m2ts files from the disc, then using another program to resize/recompress to h.264 mp4. I'm not happy with the audio sync of my current method and have been able to tweak CloneDVD mobile to get the desired results I want from DVDs. Is there a way to work with Blu-rays using SlySoft software beyond simply ripping the m2ts files out? I'd even be willing to create some command line batch files if need be so that it uses whatever tools CloneDVD uses behind the scenes.
