I am thinking about buying an external hard drive to store all my Blue Ray movies, and I saw that some of them work like a Jukebox. I like the idea of using it to store and play my movies I was wondering if any body has gone this route and can you play your movies thru it??

An External HDD is just a hard drive in an enclosure. It can't have any "juke box" type abilities. Their is perhaps a software that will emulate a juke box.
The best route is to purchase an internal HDD and install it in an external enclosure.

i think he meant by multimedia players
like mvix/tvix etc
yes they are go to mvixusa.com or tvix
but they have their own disadvantages
as far as know they play 1080p
but noT M2TS FORMAT W/TRUE HD OR HD-MA
but thy will play TS files w/ac3 audio
and another disadvantage is hdmi option there but not hdmi1.3c version
