I installed a LG 20L blu-ray (SATA) disc drive but, win xp does not recognize it..Where can i get drivers for it??

You don't need drivers for XP to "recognize" an optical drive. Does it show in Device Manager or Bios?

You need UDF drivers in order to see files on Blu-ray in XP (this would be the more obvious and typical problem for most people).
