Problem playing back ripped Blu Ray

I recently purchased the WD TV so I could play my backed up Blu Ray's, so the kids don't ruin them, so I tried to rip WALL-E yesterday and so far I have ripped the blu ray to my hard drive and then I used BDInfo to work out which stream I needed and then I used TSMuxer to take all of the unnecessary video\audio streams out and then created the finished output as an M2TS file.

I then copied the M2TS file to my external drive and plugged it into my WDTV, but when I try and play the file the video just comes up as a green screen and the WDTV player locks up.

I have tried playing the film both via the HDMI and RCA cables and in both cases all I get is a green screen and the WDTV box locking up.

I haven't tried to play the M2TS file on my computer as I don't have the necessary software purchased yet to test the files out.

I am guessing I have done something wrong with the rip or missed a step but I can't work out what it is, I have looked at all the guides on the slysoft web-site and I'm fairly certain I've followed them to the letter.

Can anyone help? And if this topic is in the wrong thread then I apologise.

Your process works brilliantly, but now I am having a problem with commentary playing over the audio file, the commentary I guess is for hard of hearing/seeing persons, but every stream I decide to use still has the commentary in, anyone else experience this problem?

that was just a quick example I did for you. I don't remember the stream I actually used for my copy. I guess if I were you, then I'd take the time to find out the right one, otherwise you'll end up with foreign language captions and the likes.
