Hi,
I bought ANYDVD - 2 years ago. Everytime a new update coming out i do the upgrade without any problems.

Since version 6.1.3.0 my key is not working. I got an error : Trial Version expired !

Anydvd upgrade should be for lifetime ? Correct ?

Hi have the original email ... I bought ANYDVD from Element 5.

But I CANNOT find the serial number, because ANYDVD won't start anymore.

How can I process ?

Just give them your order number and other info (original email address, etc.)
