Hi,
I have an issue getting smooth playback with mkvs(both 720p and 1080p materials). Reclock version 1.8.3.6
Player configuration:
KMplayer
Haali renderer
ffd show video decoder
KMP audio decoder.
24hz playback on my 24p projector, the movies stutters badly.. Reclock shows a green clock. I can never correct this, I have tried to change the renderer to EVR, VRM9 and none of this helps.
The only way I can get smooth (with some micro judder) is to play the mkvs in 60hz display mode. It is plays well with or without reclock.
Funny thing is that Bluray 24hz playback on powerdvd8 is smooth, reclock showing green status.
Am I missing something here? Will there be any benefit running reclock on 60hz display for mkvs? I have been scratching my head over this for a long time and appreciate any advice, information or help..
