you didn't say which version of eac3to (v3.14 is available).
if you're still having problems with it after upgrading, please post your XML files here:

asking madshi for his opinion.

First of all if AnyDVD HD is showing a problem then let's just ignore eac3to because it is irrelevant at this point.
According the the status window there is definitely an issue.
Looking at the logs that are posted I see a filter that can be problematic and may or may not be involved. I advise removing this filter and seeing if the removal resolves the problem. Whether or not it does solve the problem it really should be removed.

Whatever program installed the filter may no longer work properly. If you reinstall the software that installed the filter then the filter will be installed on your system again.

Please check the paths for HD DVD files in settings. Or - even better - click "Default".

@AndyMutz,
1. Click the red fox icon on your toolbar. Click "default". Click "ok".
2. Do what Drinklyenaddie wrote

ok, i did some testing and the problem is not related to eac3to or anydvd or the stardust disc itself. here's what i tested:
i did grab my good old trusty toshiba hd dvd rom and hooked it up via an IDE -> USB adapter on my secondary pc and there everything worked.. no anydvd errors, no eac3to errors.
i then connected the toshiba drive to my primary pc, where i encountered the problem in the first place, and the problem persists.
then i took an other hd dvd disc, Black Snake Moan AU, and the same anydvd error message popped up.
so it seems i have some compatibility problem on my primary pc, the question is, what's the culprit.
i tried default settings in anydvd and i removed the arcsoft driver leftovers with imgburn before all the tests, so obviously that didn't help.
i appended the logfile for the black snake moan disc.
what sould i try next?

Did you do what I told you - check the paths in AnyDVD settings.

you said, it was better to click on default, so i did that..
anyway, i just checked the path (i assume you mean the directory, where the scripts are stored) and it's ok.
i even deleted everything in that directory and let anydvd recreate the scripts, but the problem persists.

ok, i found what's causing the error, it's kaspersky anti-virus 2009.
when i turn kaspersky's proactive defense off, no more anydvd errors.
nevertheless, thanks for your help..

Ouch... Yet another negative to chalk up for Kaspersky lately. I really really used to like Kaspersky, too. Thanks for posting this information!
