I've been using Any DVD a long time now with shrink and it has worked great until recently. After reading the boards here I decided to download the trial of Clone DVD. Loved it and all went well. Now my issue is I have let the trial period lapse and want to purchase the key for clone dvd.

I do all my online purchasing on my wife's Mac it seems to be a bit more secure. So when I was filling out the purchase order form it asked for serial #. I went of to the PC and realized that I can no longer open Clone DVD to access the serial number. I tried to download the trial copy again and it won't open. (I didn't really expect it to but gave it a try).

So my question is how can I get the serial number from the Clone DVD on my PC. I can't do the transaction on the PC for sure?

Hi,

You don't need a serial number unless you want to upgrade from Anydvd to Anydvd HD. You clicked the wrong "buy now" button. Use the one at the bottom of the page (and not at the top) here:
