I searched the forum and couldn't find anyone else with this probem.
I have a Region B Bourne Identity BD and a Region A player. The disk (vid and audio) play fine with ANYDVD HD blu-ray settings set to "Remove blu-ray Region Code - Region B" selected. Disable BD-Live is also checked.
When ripped to an ISO with these same settings the video is fine but the audio for the movie on ISO playback will skip and basically sounds like static. However, the menu audio plays fine.
I have 50+ BD ISO's ripped via ANYDVD-HD (all Region A tho) and this is the first time I have run into this problem.
I've included the log files. Thanks.

What software is being used for playback of the ISO?

PowerDVD Ultra 9. Have you heard of similar issues on other titles? Also, I tried ripping the files and creating the ISO via ImgBurn - that resulted in no vid and no audio. Thanks for asking.

If you're making ISO's then the player makes no difference as long as you have region code removed. I have all 3 of these films from Region B ripped to decrypted ISO's with region code removed and they play baclk fine in PDVD 7.3, 8 and 9 as well as TMT 3 (all 3 programs can be set to any region I like and makes no difference)

Thanks Adbear. I think I found my problem. When playing the ISO from the hard drive, of course, my CPU usage jumps to the mid 70s% during playback for this title. I played a few other BD (Region A) ISO's with HD audio options and the CPU usage ranges in the 30-40% range. So for some reason the ISO for this disk is bottlenecking my CPU and it's causing the audio to "skip".
Also, when ripping this disk its taken 3.5 hours to complete (I've ripped 4 times now and that is the avg time) , typically I can rip a BD in 30-45 mins.

are you just trying to play back the m2ts file? If you have a decent graphics card play it back as a disc as then the graphics card should do the decrypting for you.

Thanks. I isolated my problem.
I'm sure this is a newbie thing. I thought I'd write this up as it may help others in the future. The drive (1.5TB) with this ISO was 80% full AND highly fragmented AND that specific ISO was extremely fragmented since it was grabbing whatever open sectors it could as it was being ripped. As a test, I moved the ISO to one of my other 1.5TB drives that had just ISO’s on it, was over 80% full but had low fragmentation...it played fine. Then I played another BD ISO that was NOT fragmented but was on the "bad" drive...it played fine. To complicate matters, I committed the cardinal HTPC sin and had ISO’s on the same drive as the operating system. Now the tricky part, defragging the drive. As you may know, defragging a 1.5TB drive will take forever – if it successefully completes that is. Fortunately I have all my ISO’s backed up on external drives. So I deleted ALL of the ISO’s on the drive, used this defragger (www.defraggler.com) (yes, that’s an “L” in the URL) to defrag the “WHITE SPACE” (this option eliminates any sector gaps and will prevent an ISO from being fragmented when it is reloaded.) Once that was done, I partitioned the drive to isolate the ISO files from the O/S and then copied the backup ISO’s to the defragged drive. Now the ISO plays fine on this drive. Also, Defraggler has the ability to defrag single files – a very nice feature. Of course, if I had isolated the O/S on a seperate drive at the time of the HTPC build I could have just reformatted the drive; well, if I had done that the drive wouldn't have ended up fragmented in the first place.
