Hi,
Is anydvd and anyDVD-HD the same programme? It appears so from the trial version. If so then I assume when I buy an anydvd license then the HD part will not function after the standard license is installed. Now, if I then want to trial the HD version at a later date, how will I do that?
Thanks

Use this link: https://secure.slysoft.com/upgrade.php (or use the top "buy now" button).
Cost is $30 U.S. to upgrade from Anydvd, and coupons, at this time, do not work for upgrades.

Sorry, maybe I didn't make it clear. I would want to trial the HD version before I bought it. I could trial the HD version if I didn't have a license at all but how would I trial it if I did have a classic license?

"If you want to test HD DVD or Blu-Ray decryption but you have bought AnyDVD (not running in demo mode) you have to remove your AnyDVD license key (easiest way to do so is to rename the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\SlysSoft\AnyDVD\Key to something else using regedit)." --James, Slysoft dev

Not so great! I just bought the licenses then renamed the key and it tells me my trial is over. :-(

Sorry, I have no idea then. Try contacting Slysoft:

Hmm - not your fault as I see it's signed by a slysoft rep but I feel like I've been had. I just paid $80 on the back of that working. I would have been better not to pay at all until I was ready for testing the HD version and then buying the bundle. I'm not a happy bunny:-( Thnx anyway. I guess you weren't to know unless you tried it.

Why would you be paying anything if you simply want to run a trial version? I must not be understanding something.
Is it possible that you've been running the trial version of Anydvd HD all this time without realizing it? If so, that would explain why it doesn't work. By default, I believe the download runs as Anydvd HD--and not Anydvd classic. If that's the case, then your 21 days of trying Anydvd HD may have already passed.
Again, I would recommend contacting Slysoft:

This upgrade link isn't anywhere I could find on the website, but thank you for providing it here.
If you take the "buy now" route, everyone should be aware that it seems impossible to buy only the HD addon without purchasing another main license.

It's above the check boxes on the purchase page.
