I recieved a email confirming my purchase of any dvd ,and I cant open the attachment ,so how do I get it, some one please help becuase my system crashed and I have to reload everything , I still have the original email but it does me no good if I cant open the attachment.

You first have to install the software (donwload at http://www.slysoft.com/download.html ) and than double click the appropriate license key file.

I think bjproc is on the right line here.

Outlook express is installed on all windows systems by default so many people use it as their email client.

I have mine set to block attachments from being opened (to stop the kids clicking on any old crap that there mates send to them - found a virus in one previously but AV picked it up before any damage)

For Outlook

Choose

TOOLS

OPTIONS

SECURITY tab
and then you will see an option

DO NOT ALLOW ATTACHMENTS TO BE SAVED OR OPENED THAT COULD POTENTIALLY BE A VIRUS

If this option is ticked this will block saving/opening an attachment - untick and apply then save your key file to HDD (remember to activate the block option again;) )

I use outlook Ive already opened other attachments before plus Ive already cheched under the security tabto see if (recieve attachments was checked or not. To reply to tom Ive already reinstalled anydvd
