You need to start your own thread in a perfect world. :)
The OP was using an unpurchased bootleg copy of the software ie "a crack". (a bad thing!)

Your problem has nothing to do with his problems.
Read the third sticky from the top, download and install the latest beta, and post again - explain your porblem fully - include an AnyDVD logfile.
