I used the trail version off anydvd and it ended so i purchased  a key. normally when you click on the fox icon anydvd opens but since i bought the key and activated it i click on the icon and nothing opens at all. i have responded over 6 times to emails and have received no help at all but found it really amazing how fast the money came out of my account but when it comes to customer satisfaction i guess that just doesnt matter as long as they get there 40 bucks. but thats ok because i wont be ripped off i will contact the police if i have to:mad: :policeman:

well, before you lose your cool (oops, sorry, too late) why don't you tell us what you did, did you follow the instructions? Did you try to re-install anydvd and try it again? I think you truly believe that the sky is falling, but if you calm down and relax I'm sure you will get the help you need. If this is any indication of the mail you sent to slysoft, it is no surprise you did not get a response. btw, threatening police isn't going to get you anywhere... They can't and won't do anything.

Sorry and surprised. Actually not sure I believe you. I have found nothing but oustanding customer service. E-mails answered within an acceptable time frame. I am sure an employee or moderator will respond shortly and provide the help you need.
These are great people that bend over backwards to create and maintain happy customers.

In responce to Clyde #1
I am sorry its not working for you there are other reasons why a software becomes non responsive. Being one in the field of fixing such problems with many clients software issues... There are other solutions to many problems...:D
If taken into consideration there is one factor you left out... They Don't Live/work In Your Country (more or less)... Your local bacon shope (oops i mean police depo) :policeman: can't do anything about 40 dollars spent in an offshore venture to rip off/copy DVDs...
Witch by the way is illegal in just about every part of the globe... (ie circumvention of copyright devices...):disagree:

first of all the police will do something if you by something online of offline and you dont get what you payed for. Oh yeah and espically when your father is chief of police. but will see what will be done here first. And oh yeah buddie buy the way i own over 1100 dvds idont just rent and borrow like you and copy some people actually pay for things. But anyways for the 7the time now yes i deleted and reinstalled any dvd activated key and nothing happened still. tried about three times. followed all instrustions in email just like you guys did but i guess i just got screwed. emailed slysoft and got back 4 or 5 bogus emails and the last one refered me to go here so you wonder why i am so upset. in my opionion something is wrong with the key but i guess that would be way to much to ask for new one or get something going on here. i only bought this program to do disney movies had alot of problems backing up movies for my children till i used anydvd trial version and it worked great but when it expired i ordered it and it has not worked since.

I've had to e-mail AnyDVD a few times and always recieved excellent help. I'm a computer dummy and they have always been patient and helpfull.

actually, it does not matter who your daddy is. The police do not have jurisdiction overseas. The only thing you could do is contact an agency such as the FBI, but they will not do anything for you losing forty dollars on a program that takes the copyright off of movies. Just settle down and give it time, i am sure it will get fixed.

have you asked slysoft to check your key, sometimes a bad key does slip through the net, not very often i may add.

If you have bought AnyDVD then you must have
1. your original e-mail address
2. If you have a key file send it to support@slysoft.com and explain your situation
3. If you have your purchase receipt send that also.
4. If you have bought AnyDVD from anyone else other than Slysoft, well I guess you know the answer.:policeman:
@ clyde: If you can verify that you have purchased this please send the information immediately.

I've had no trouble with these guys:bowdown: at all. Maybe if you UNINSTALL correctly and when it asks if you'd like to save your registration info, please say NO...Then REINSTALL as usual. Find he FOLDER with the key sent to you and install it as well. RESTART your PC and viola!! You're back in business. There is NOTHING :disagree: WRONG with the program....only the PROCESS.:agree:

I will give you a quick timeline....
9-28-06 en#1159448498
I inquired about a discount for afterdawn.com members and I was told there was no current discount.
10-11-06
I purchase Any-DVD and Clone-DVD (I figured I should not post my orded number)
10-23-06 en#1161607511
I enquired about a discount I saw posted on the website. I heard of other people getting the discount after the purchase so I figured I would give it a try. I got NO response.
10-27-06 en#1161965708
I re-enquired about the discount and still no reply, not even a simple NO.
12-20-06 en#1166619234
I inquired about purchasing Clone-DVDmobile and recieving the bundle discount, and again no reply.
I gave up. Decided I was definitly going to purchase Clone-DVDmobile if I could not even get a reply on 3 different attempts.
I still would like to purchase Clone-DVDmobile and also Clone-CD
You can probably understand why I did not.
I purchased Any-DVD and CLone-DVD off of your website not off of ebay or anywhere else.
I would be happy to provide more info.
I really wasnt screwed out of any money since I paid for what I wanted, I was just very very disappointed in the no communication.
Sorry for the long post and Hijacking this thread somewhat.

Wow, these emails are quite old. We delete support emails after a few weeks, so there is no chance for me to investigate. I assume the replies went straight to your spam folder.
Please send me a PM with your order details and your PayPal email account, I'll check what I can do for you.

In 1 or 2 weeks we change from pure email support to OTRS, a trouble ticket system. With a system like this, there will be no more communication problems.

I've had nothing but the best customer service from Slysoft, all my codes worked and were sent within minutes of purchase. Isuspect you did something wrong when validating OR your computer is FUBAR.
Don't bag on the fox.
