Please ensure you are using the latest firmware for your optical drive. See here (http://forum.slysoft.com/showthread.php?t=18731).
Rip speeds on DVD and Blu-Ray might be improved by MediaCodeSpeedEdit (http://ala42.cdfreaks.com/MCSE/). Please see RIPLOCK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Riplock).
If installed (often from Duplex Secure, Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% ), uninstall SPTD, which is the culprit for slow rips.
See here (http://forum.slysoft.com/showpost.php?p=124439&postcount=5) and here (http://forum.slysoft.com/showpost.php?p=204669&postcount=30).
Drive (Hardware) Region: 0 (not set!)
Your region code is not set.
With some DVDs and some drives (http://club.cdfreaks.com/showpost.php?p=637240&postcount=2), AnyDVD cannot decrypt CSS unless your drive's region code is set properly.
You must exit AnyDVD when checking.
Right click the fox on your toolbar. Exit AnyDVD. Click start. Right click on My computer--->select properties. Click on the Hardware tab--->click the device manager button. Open the DVD/DROM branch---> right click on your optical drive. Click properties. You should have a region tab. From there you can select a region. Select the region that you're in Start AnyDVD.These instructions have no effect for Blu-Ray region code, but it is still recommended.

You have allowed AnyDVD to contact the Slysoft, however there were problems.
Please check that you have an internet connection, and AnyDVD is permitted to contact the Slysoft server.
Check your firewall or anti-virus software that may need to be configured (eg white list) to allow AnyDVD access.
See here (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes) for a description of the error.
From time to time the Slysoft server may not be availble, please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact (http://www.slysoft.com/en/contact.html) Slysoft directly.
After carrying out the above recommendations, please create and post a new set of log files.

I assume your drive cannot play this disc without AnyDVD running, correct?
In this case you have to wait until someone else with a working drive inserts this disc.
