Try burning slowly (2x) using ImgBurn and quality media. YL05 is the latest firmware version.

From what i know INFOME R20-000 are normal quality media and it's supported by firmware in this device there is nothing unusual by this discs. I was referring even to this site http://www.digitalfaq.com/reviews/dvd-media.htm

From your very own link:

3rd Class Media (Cheap Unreliable Junk Discs):
Quality can be very questionable, sometimes less than 50% of a spindle is usable. Some of these discs serve no other purpose aside from filling our landfills. These are discs best suited for small burns (under 2GB of data). Be prepared for failed burns. Also be prepared for various DVD-ROMs and players to not see the disc or freeze up because the player cannot read it very well (not the same as a bad burn). Many of these are known for sham marketing ("archival grade" and whatnot) and can actually cost more than better-classed media. A lot of these discs are not even made anymore, so this information is largely historical. Most garbage-grade manufacturers have switched over to only making media with fake IDs.

InfoMedia INFOMER20, INFOMER30, INFOMEDIAT01 Taiwan DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, DVD+RW, DVD+R DL No longer made.

INFOMER20 is listed there. See here:

The new Pioneer BDR-205BK has successfully burned both the 2x INFOMER20 (000) and the 4x ISMMBDR01 (000)

BUT to no ones surprise.

The 4x Fails TRT and Scandisc, the 2x failed right at the end.

You are using junk media, which part of this is not clear?

Heh i'm starting to believe what i don't want to hear and i bought 20 of them with conformation that they are working in 100% . now I'm getting "Cannot Write Medium - Incompatible Format" in ImgBurn but if it's junk and not capable of writing of this disc's why in the name of God is supported in YL_05 firmware ?

If it helps you, then you can use MediaCodeSpeedEdit and remove it from the list of compatible media ;)

Remember, even if you do get one to work, then will you still be able to use it in the next X months? Cheap disks are great for the kids to paint or to scare the birds in the garden - nothing else.

I guess you could return them to the place you bought them and ask for the money back.

Heh there is no chance I can return them , but what i noticed i'm receiving an error on genuine LG disc BD-RW that was supplied with drive that it can't write on some block's in this disc and i have used this disc 3 times.

So it is not a hardware problem it has been resolved ,problem is in differences between UDF and ISO format's and compatibility , lots of thinking and is working with ANY bd-r .
