The error is saying that the file is to large.

I used to have that same kind problem also. No one was able to help me.
I got the answer now.
[CloneDVD2] ... On your title configuration page, use (DVD-5) [at the bottom of the page] instead of (DVD+/-), ... then the compression will be done automatically. I tried it so many times, it worked perfectly.
