Right Click on the AnyDVD Fox > UNCheck= Autostart > Exit

Go to >>
> Start > Right Click on "My Computer"
> Properties > Hardware Tab > Device Manager

Are you showing : "Yellow Exclamation Points" - next to your DVD/CD Drives ?

>>Right Click on any/All DVD/CD Drives > Uninstall
>>Right Click on your IDE Channel Supporting the DVD/CD Drives > Uninstall
( Usally the 'Second' Primary or Secondary IDE )
> Reboot >> Reboot Again
> Open AnyDVD from All Programs > RE Check= Autostart

Any Difference ?

Are you sure that you don't have Nero InCD installed/Active ?

:)
