Problem on Win 2003 - icons greyed out

I have a fresh install of Windows 2003 Ent Ed. Nothing else is installed except Nortel VPN software. I downloaded the trial version of CloneCD. I rebooted the server after installion. I opened the CloneCD application. The only icon available is "Read to Image file". The other three icons are greyed out and unavailable, including "Copy CD".

Any suggestions as to what may be causing the problem? Thank you.

Maybe your problem is CloneCD system requirements(?)
