Extracting Non-Consecutive Chapters

Apologize if this has been addressed before (newbie here), but I haven't been able to find the answer. Is there a way to rip a music DVD and remove non-consecutive chapters, say 1, 8 and 16 and create a disk which incorporates just these chapters? The chapter cutting feature doesn't seem to allow me to do that.

I asked a similar question in the thread about improvements to CloneDVD and someone referred me to VOB Blanker (free download). I tried that for the same reasons you mention and it's worked like a charm.
