Menu Selection Problems

I'm using Nero to copy DVDs with anydvd running in the background, the discs copy perfectly but on the main dvd menu, the icons for choosing chapter/feature etc. aren't there. I have to manually enter the title number to view anything. The full contents of the DVD seems to be copied, I just have problems accessing them. Would using CloneDVD help with this problem?

If I had the choice of CloneDvd2 or Nero I would use CloneDvd2. The only time I really use Nero is for converting PAL to NTSC and for a few other projects but for backing up dvd movies I would use CloneDvd2.
