CRC error on DVD

Hello new to this not a techy so cant figure it out

i am unable to backup the below dvd

any ideas on what to do !!!!!!!!!:mad:

also how do you get updates for any dvd or are they automatic

Urgent help would be apreciated

i have already looked at that and all the things are ok and firmware is up to date

so basically all i can do is send the dvd back

so the first 2 dvds i have tried after purchasing the software it doesnt work

i have tried the dvds with dvd shrink and clonedvd

I have back it up with Shrink and no problem at all
