Any DVD keys missing from purchase

Although I managed to get Clone DVD to work with the provided key sent via e-mail, Any DVD keeps nagging me to "Purchase". I just paid $68 for both of them and only one key is working. WTH! Any ideas?

When you double click on the AnyDVD key, what happens? Maybe this could help, try it.
