Hi.

A couple of days ago, I purchased AnyDVD, CloneDVD2, and CloneCD, using the CEO's birthday discount code.

I just realized that for 9 dollars more, I could've gotten CloneDVD mobile!!

Is there any way I can still get it??

I used another e-mail address besides my main one listed with this uniqname, because I got the other 3 packages for my brother, so he can back up his DVD's.

Please Help!!!

:o

Even if you can't, they still have the coupon on the website.

I pulled a similar move when I first purchased their software. They would not allow me to utilize the discount. But no matter, I've used the software so much... It has more than paid for itself. A very good investment!8)

Thanks.

It appears that the coupon has been removed.

I Googled for CEO of Slysoft, found his name, which is Giancarlo Bettini, and used it (his last name) to at least get $5 off of the software, so now I have all 4 Slysoft products!!

I'm sure that when I purhased AnyDVD and CloneDVD the Clone CD didn't have the current options. I don't remember seeing for example the CD games copy feature back then? If so, I would have purchased it. Am I wrong? My kids are always scratching their CD games up.

If the features of Clone CD were enhanced...I would have thought that "upgrade pricing" would be available for registered users that didn't already have it?

In any event, Slysoft is really great!, just wish they had better "current customer" promotions. After all...We are the ones getting the word out for them!

thanks

Good luck. I think that Slysoft will help you out with your situation, like they did with mine.

thanks Dear PQ22: You are correct CloneCD will copy games but you should also be aware they will not play unless you make some adjustment to you gaming console ( Mod Chip )(Slide card) etc. CloneCD will also backup DVDs 1:1 on the fly but you will have to compress them first if they are larger than 4.38 gbs.:agree:

Not seeking a free tutorial...but that is above my head. I just want to back up childrens games, activity stuff etc. I have the trial version now and have been eating up CD-roms with pretty bad results.. (Did make one music CD back-up)The AnyDVD and CloneDVD are very user friendly....CloneCD on the other hand appears to be easy..."but" the end result is that I'm not finishing with the game backed-up.

With Clone DVD, it is straight forward...just hit "write", wait, then wait for the prompt to insert a clean DVD, and you're done. NO problems going right to the main movie title..really happy with AnyDVD and CloneDVD...not having the same ease of luck with CloneCD.

With Clone CD, I understand (?) that I must make an image first on my hard drive, then open the Clone CD window again and hit copy from image, then locate the image, and finally write it to the blank DVD. I know that the malfunction is between my ears...but the CloneCD sequence throws me off. I did look at the "help section" and became even more confused, especially with the technical terms (obviously not technical to most of your audience here).

That's another reason that I am hesitating to purchase CloneCD @$39.00US

Thanks for listening.
