Apparently my "Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-K16RS" doesn't support bitsetting making it impossible to burn a dvd that will play on my stand-alone dvd player.
Sooo. Can someone recommend a good slim dual-layer burner for a laptop that I can use as a drop-in replacement for my current?
I've never upgraded a burner on a laptop, are there any gotcha's to look out for? Is it as simple as out with the old, in with the new?
My laptop is a Hypersonic M57U Aviator CX7. It's a core2dual 2.33 ghz, purchased only about 9 months ago. Thanks!
