can´t see movies in windows media player

I saw movies converted with clone dvd mobile (trial version) using windows media player. Now I have the key and I can´t see the movies using wmp, there is just the sound of the movie. When I transfer the movies files to the archos there are no problem I can see the movies without problem.
I would like to see the movies using wmp. Any help will be appreciate:confused:
